Venue Manager:
- Manages the general operations of films and events at assigned venue(s) during the Festival.
- Sets up each venue responsible at the start of the festival and wraps up at the end of the festival.
- Supervises audience flow, will call and ticket sales.
- Sets up for panel discussions and assists with special guests and visiting filmmakers.
- Works to keep all screenings and panels running on schedule.
- Oversees proper signage for each event/screening.
- Responsible for audience counts.
- Assists audience members and troubleshoots last minute changes.
- Interfaces with Volunteer Coordinator and volunteers.
- Participates in volunteer training.
Office Volunteers:
- Will assist in all aspects of office needs, from development to events to public relations and marketing.
- General computer literacy on Microsoft programs.
- We are looking for people that are willing to learn, ask questions, become involved and think on his/her feet.
